Bob commenced his career in the construction industry in 1984 framing houses where he learned the fundamentals of building and structures. He then joined New England Finish Systems in 1987 as a Union Carpenter. In 1991, he progressed his career by advancing into the Estimating Department. In 1998 he was promoted to Senior Estimator/Project Manager and was responsible for the drywall, paint, and demolition divisions. Bob started Select Demo Services in 2002 and then handed the reins to Ryan Denver, who advanced the company to a $135 million specialty contracting firm. Bob is currently Chief Estimator for New England Finish Systems.
